If you're not satisfied with any purchase from painandsufferingcalculator.org, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full, no-questions-asked refund. We honor refund requests for both one-time purchases and the first month of a Pro subscription.
Refundable within 30 days of purchase. Once refunded, the report PDF and any related credits are removed from your account.
If you have not used any of the 5 credits, refundable in full within 30 days. If you have used some credits, we refund the unused portion at the per-report rate ($5.80 each).
Your first month is fully refundable within 30 days. After the first month, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page; access continues through the end of the current billing period (no further charges, no refund of partial month).
Email [email protected] with your order ID (visible in the receipt Stripe sent you) and the reason. We process refunds within 2 business days; the credit appears on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Please contact us first — we will refund you faster than a chargeback (usually 2 days vs 30+ days for chargebacks). Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being closed; we recommend the direct refund route for everyone's benefit.
